In Culture or Cultural Globalization involves the formation of shared
norms and knowledge which people associate their individual and
collective cultural identities, this refers to the transmission of ideas,
meanings and values around the world. Example to this is the coffee
because coffee is originated from Ethiopia.
In Society or the globalization in society is a process by which exchanges and
flows between different parts of the world are intensified that contribute to the
relationship between society and individuals. Refers to the impact of
globalization on the life and work of people, on their families, and their
societies.
In Politics or Political globalization declining importance of the nation-state and
the rise of the other actors on the political scene. This refers to the growth of the
worldwide political system, both in size and complexity. Example to this is the
creation and existence of the United Nation.
In Economy or Economic Globalization is the increase independence of the
world economies, as the result of the growing scale of cross border trade of
commodities and services, flow of international capital, wide and rapid spread of
technologies. Example to this is the free trade agreements such as Multinational
corporations which operate in two or more counties.
Lastly, the Environment or Environmental Globalization involves an
intensifying deeping and expansion of global networks leading to increasing
global uniformity and connectedness in regular environmental management
practices , this refers to the internationally coordinated practices and regulations
regarding environmental protection. Example to this is the series of international
Tropical Timber Agreement Treaties, this is promoting sustainable management
of tropical forests.
