ABOUT Q-IN-1

We provide online education which

 The company was founded in the January of 2019. Our Co-
Founder Mr. Ishaan Gupta was an IIT Delhi Alumni, and after
working in various MNCs he thought of having a company that
can revolutionize the country’s Education System. He thought
that Education is providing the students with a platform to learn
but it is not providing the way to upgrade their skills.

 So, he started the Qin1 Company, in January 2019 with an

aim to have all the children to be perfect in at least one skill
Origin and they have. It can be Soft Skills; it can be Coding or Robotics,
but when a child engages in any activity or learning a skill, he

should have the conceptual knowledge that can open new doors
of opportunities for him or her.

The company was then growing at a fair pace but then our
CEO, Aarti Gupta Ma’am took over and the company saw a big
jump in its growth during the lockdown period of the 2020.
Since then, the company has been on uprising graph for growth
and now it has a database of more than 45 countries where the
students are enrolled into almost all the divisions.

1.3 Various Departments and their Functions
LingoQ : LingoQ is more
related to the Language
things and Grammar
Education. Here we
provide with all sort of
courses related to learning
of any Language like
English or Hindi.
CodeQ : This is the most
important and most
demanded division of the
company where the child
learns basic knowledge of
the coding. The course is
divided into various courses
which are categorized
according to different age
groups and understanding
capability of the child.
RoboQ : RoboQ deals with all the sort
of courses related to IOT and
robotics. The child can learn Arduino
that is the starting of the IOT and
developing some projects like
controlling of LEDs, LCD Screens
controlling, car modules and many
more.

 I learnt about the different teams in organization and how
to coordinate between each other. I learnt that an
individual can be a vital asset to a company and the tasks
he performs can bring feathers or shame to the company.

I learnt that client management is not learnt by any book

or by watching any video, it is learnt through a big number

Conclusion of experiences. Time Management, Team Management and

Teamwork types of skills developed in me and I grew a lot
times more professional than I was 6 months ago.

Overall, the internship in Qin1 was a whole lot of

experience, I went through some good times, I went
through bad times but ultimately, I will never forget the
teachings of my mentors and the guidance they gave to me.
