FIRES EARTHQUAKE
In case you discover fire : 1. Seek protection from potential falling
- trigger the fire alarm hazards
- call emergency hotline (7111/7171 for P1 and 3911 for 2. Stay away from the building walls,

INCIDENT

Chemicals are indispensable in some processes and so a program on ensuring
safety is a must. Program includes Chemical Safety Training of all handlers,
Right-To-Know corner where all Safety Data Sheet or SDS are located,
Chemical Screening, Supplier Assessment.

Machine Safety Program
• Never by-pass any equipment/machine safety interlock & guarding. Any
equipment/machine found in said condition shall be SHUTDOWN.

• Use Lock-out /Tag-out (LOTO) system while doing Preventive Maintenance activity to
prevent anyone from starting & powering up the equipment during the entire duration
of PM activity.

• Know the location of emergency button.

• Wear the appropriate PPE when working with equipment.

• Never operate any equipment unless you are certified, trained & authorized to do
so.

What is REACH?
REACH is a new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe
