• Only 4 types of organizations eligible for this grant.

• Training will equip locals for domains.

• All unemployed and underemployed people may join the

programme in future.
 CONS

• Number of Indian tech experts will soon start

dwindling.
• Only those over the age of 17 and not enrolled
secondary school will be eligible.
