    It is used to send messages direct host to host.
    This System follows our Postal System Rules.
    Here also we used a address.
    This System running on TCP/IP Protocol.
    In this system follows one architecture

    Interface represent the messages to the User.

    And Interface Received the messages from the User.

    UA- User against.

    User against mainly communicating mail box to


    interface. And spool to interface.

    Every user on a network have a private mail box.

    Inside this mail box every messages store. Until the


    user remove or discards it.
    SPOOLING

    By using this mechanism detect the particular mail


    against.

    Example: Google, Yahoo, hotmaill, reddifmaill etc.


    ALIAS EXPANSION

    By using this layer you can sent one message to


    multiple user.

    Your all sending and receiving messages have to


    store in particular server.
    MTA

    MTA: Mail Transfer Against.

    This layer transfer the message to the internet by


    using SMTP Protocol.
    EMAIL ADDRESS

    It contain two part host & Domain.

    Example: sajalmanna81@gmail.com

    Here “Sajalmanna81- Host part.”


    Here “@gmail.com – Domain part.”
    ADVANTAGE

    In a very short time we can sent message from one


    place to another place.

    Sent a single messages to many user.


    We can sent text, audio, video by using this process.
