• Root Word – Mal – a Latin word, Meaning – bad or evil.

Bon- Latin
Meaning: in good faith, real, genuine
Parts of speech: Adjective
Ex: 1. Make sure you are dealing with a bona fide

Malfide
Mal – French
Meaning: In bad faith
Ex: Mal practice
Mal nutrition
illegal or dishonest behaviour, especially by using your job or situation in order
to gain an advantage:

Ex: 1.There is absolutely no evidence of any mala fides on the part of the
company.
2. We need to prevent the completion of any sale which is perceived to be
