After receiving Letter Of Intent (LOI), collect stamped 'Contract
Documens' along with stamped drawings 'Issued for Construction'.
Arrange for 'Pre-Contract Meeting'. Ensure that all parties concerned

date, start date and completion date of the project shall be agreed in

Issue draft letters regarding 'Instruction To Commence' & To be signed by

Collect original 'Way Leave' & 'Planning Permission' with all
attachements from Design Section of MoH and clearance to be
obtained from all authorities, by the contractor, prior to
