EQT is a global investment organization, dedicated to investing in, developing, and owning companies across

Proximus reaches final collaboration agreement with EQT Infrastructure, further shaping its ambitious fiber
deployment in Belgium.

• Proximus and EQT Infrastructure have signed a final partnership

agreement specifying the terms to build a fiber network in Flanders
together. The purpose is to connect at least 1.5 million homes and
businesses to fiber in the framework of this collaboration. The
agreement allows Proximus to further shape its ambition to enlarge
and accelerate the roll-out of its open Fiber network in Belgium.

• The agreement with EQT Infrastructure brings Proximus another

step closer to its ultimate objective: creating an open network of
reference that covers every home and every business in Belgium
with high-speed connectivity solutions.
 Proximus & Vodafone
Vodafone and Proximus renew strategic partnership agreement for Belgium and Luxembourg (2017).
Vodafone Group PLC is a British international telecommunications company headquartered in London.
Vodafone is one of the world's largest telecommunications companies and provides a range of services including
voice, messaging, data and fixed communications. Vodafone has mobile operations in 26 countries, partners
with mobile networks in 48 more, and fixed broadband operations in 17 markets.

• Vodafone and Proximus have agreed to renew their strategic

partnership for Belgium and Luxembourg for a further five years,
building on a successful long-term relationship that began in 2003.
The agreement enables both companies to offer joint products
and services across their networks to provide the optimum
experience for their consumer and enterprise customers.
• Under the agreement, which commenced on 1 April 2017,
multinational companies in Belgium and Luxembourg that have
global agreements with Vodafone and Proximus will continue to
benefit from international managed mobile services and have
access to a wide range of Vodafone Global Enterprise services.
