Philosophy of education is a deep thought about education.


Purpose Theory

The purpose of philosophy of Educational theory aims at


education can be viewed from the generating ideas about educational
aims of philosophy and education policies and principles based on
itself. Philosophy has the aim of philosophy, formulating
criticizing beliefs and attitudes educational practice methods or
that have been upheld, getting an educational process that

Pancasila as the nation’s
ideology
Definition of Ideology
Ideology is a group of the notion, basic
ideas, and beliefs. And that beliefs that
are systematic with the direction and
goals to be achieved in nationals life of
a nation and a country.
Pancasila

Pancasila is a philosophy which is a guideline


for Indonesian people behavior in accordance
with the Indonesian culture. Character
education should be taken from the values
contained in Pancasila.
Pancasila

Pancasila is made into the state ideology because


there are basic values agreed by the majority of
Indonesians citizens and want to realize in their
country life. This agreement took a place at the
beginning of the establishment of the Indonesian
state, the PPKI hearing on August 18, 1945. The
values contained in Pancasila are the value of
divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and justice.

Alignment of state goals with
educational goals
Philosophy of education is deep thinking about
education. When it is linked to the function of
Pancasila with educational system reviewed by
philosophy education, Pancasila is a view of life
that favors everyday life. One of the country
goals in the opening of the 1945 constitution was
to smarten the life of the nation, to realize it
meaningfully through the field of education.

goals in Indonesia
Epistemological point of
view
1. Produce knowledgeable people, able to process it, and develop it.
2. Produce human who are able to search knowledge and truth
through various sources (intuitive, rational, and empirical).
3. Produce experienced and hierarchical knowledge includes the
world of reality, science, values philosophical, and religious values
4. Produce people who are skilled in face the reality, that achieved a
balanced life between physical and spiritual, real life and spiritual,
and the life of this world and the hereafter.
Axiological point of view
1. Believe and fear God.
2. Fair and civilized human being (behavior).
3. Ability to defend national unity and integrity.
4. Democratic, live in society with recognition of
human existence.
5. Balanced social justice between rights and
obligations.
conclusion
The Indonesian people should always Fight continues in revitalizing, re-innovate, reconstruct and re-actualize
Pancasila in society, nation, and state. The ideal image of Indonesian people is through to a man who behaves
religiously, a humanist, and upholds democratic beliefs of justice in an organized harmonious dynamic, healthy
physical-spiritual union, as a moral man and the abilities or skills and personality of Indonesian who can
implement and develop in an orderly and peaceful life in meetings and interaction with each other and the
world. Philosophical constructs of Pancasila National Education, the Philosophy of Pancasila National
Education, as a platform and resource base for the Indonesian National Education in creating an ideal image of
Indonesian people.
