Each NGO has its own governing bodies
Management bodies of NGO are divided into :

• The highest governing body • Executive body

(F.e the General Meeting of (f.e the Board in the funds )
Members in a public association)
 Main organ functions
• The main function of the highest
governing body is to ensure that the
organization meets its objectives,in
whose interests it was created .

• Executive body of carries out the day-to-

day management of the non-profit
organization and is accountable to the
highest governing body.
 Other organs

• There are also supervisory governing bodies

(f.e. Supervisory Board,Coordination Council, Board of
Trustees, Board of Directors and etc.)
• Also in the NGOs creates control and
audit bodies .
