in 2009 to assess the oral health status of 12-year- •

Pilot testing of the questionnaire was not feasible •
because CHD cases were not easily available to
complete the desired sample size within the study

a history of hospitalisation, whereas 46.8% of CHD
cases versus 45.6% of controls reported antibiotic
