Automatic terminal information service (ATIS)

• The automatic provision of current, routine information to arriving
and departing aircraft throughout 24 hours or a specified portion
thereof:
• Data link-automatic terminal information service (D-ATIS). The
provision of ATIS via data link.
• Voice-automatic terminal information service (Voice-ATIS). The
provision of ATIS by means of continuous and repetitive voice
broadcasts.

• Automatic Terminal Information System (ATIS) เป็ นระบบทีใ่ ชแจ ้ ้งเตือน

บันทึก กระจายข ้อมูลข่าวการบินและข่าวอากาศอัตโนมัต ิ เชน ่ ข ้อมูลของ
สนามบิน ข่าวอากาศ หรือข ้อมูลทัว่ ไปทีเ่ กีย ่ วของกับสนามบินนัน ้ ๆ เชน ่
สภาพอากาศ ,ลม ,ทัศนวิสย ั ,ความกดอากาศ ,อุณหภูม ิ ,runway-in-
use ,taxiway ทีป ่ ิ ด, หรือข ้อมูลจำเป็ นทีน ่ ักบินควรทราบ ซงึ่ จะอัพเดททุกๆ
1 ชวั่ โมง หรือ ครึง่ ชวั่ โมง โดยรูปแบบการทำงานจะเป็ นอัตโนมัต ิ โดยรับ
ข ้อมูลตรงจากระบบข่าว ATN จากนัน ้ ทำการจัดรูปแบบให ้เป็ นไปตาม
มาตรฐานแล ้วจึงทำการกระจายข่าว โดยสง่ ออกอากาศผ่านทางระบบ
วิทยุคลืน ่ VHF หรือ HF เมือ ่ นักบินได ้รับข่าวก็จะสามารถรู ้ถึงสถาณะการณ์
หรือข ้อมูลทีส ่ ำคัญของสนามบินนัน ้ ๆ ล่วงหน ้า และนำไปวางแผนการบิน
ต่อไปได ้ ซงึ่ ปั จจุบน ั ได ้ดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบ C-ATIS (Computerized automatic
terminal information service) และ D-ATIS (Data Link – Automatic Terminal Information Service)
เพือ่ ให ้บริการข ้อมูลข่าวการบินแก่ผู ้ทำการในอากาศอย่างมีประสท ิ ธิภาพ

Information

Connection Status of
ATN,TopSky, D-ATIS
Voice-ATIS broadcasts normally contain the following
information in the order listed:
• name of aerodrome;
• arrival and/or departure indicator;
• time of observation, if appropriate;
• type of approach(es) to be expected;
• the runway(s) in use;
• significant runway surface conditions
and,
• holding delay, if appropriate;
• transition level, if applicable;
• other essential operational
information;
• surface wind
• visibility and, when applicable, RVR;
• present weather;
• cloud below 1 500 m (5 000 ft) or below
the highest minimum sector altitude,
• air temperature;
• dew point temperature;
• altimeter setting(s);
• any available information on significant
meteorological phenomena in the
approach and climb-out areas
including wind shear, and information on
recent weather of operational significance;
• trend forecast, when available; and
• specific ATIS instructions.
