EXAMINATION
Important Instructions
1. The student should not accumulate the answers of all questions to upload at the
end. They should upload the images of each answer immediately after completing
the each question.
2. Any student having problem to uploading the answer image file will be given an
off-line exam whenever the college reopens.
3. Any student who is not able to logout for any reason, will be treated as completed
the exam at the end of the day. Whatever document attached before the system logs
out will be considered as question attempted.
4. The student should write the unique “STUDENT REFERENCE NUMBER”
displayed on the question paper on each answer sheet along with page number and
other details as per the format provided by the University.
5. Only JPEG / GIF documents to be uploaded. Any format other than this will not be
accepted.
6. The size of the image file attached by the student should be less than 2 MB for each
sheet. The student will face the problem in uploading any higher size document due
to their internet limitation and not because of ERP limitation.
7. Students should be advised to attach the images in the sequence of page number.
8. The name of the image file to be attached by the student should only be in
alphanumerical format and should not include any special characters.
9. Make sure the date of birth as in the system is communicated to the student properly
for login. The format of password is DDMMYYYY. The dates starting from 1 to 9
should be entered as 01, 02 … 09.
10. Do not panic when a student refers the problem.
