• Lack of Soft skills affect quality of life:
Example: Whiplash (The Movie)
An ambitious Jazz student, Andrew, aspiring to be like the
famous drummer Buddy Rich, has vision, works hard,
passionate, practices intensively
 Overcomes his aggressive and abusive instructor Fletcher
Achieves the desired feat and impresses everyone with his
talent
But is isolated without friends or social circle to cheer for him
Over-ambition transforms him into a “foul mouthed person
who belittles and insults” others
