ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

A project is always a creative work. It helps us to know how to do


practical work at workfild .It is always pleasure to contribute
creativity. Fist of all, I would like to thank the supreme power
the Almighty God who is obviously the one has always guided us
to work on the right path of life. My project contains Brand
Name, Brand logo, Tagline, Packaging, Market Segmentation,
Target Customer, Marketing Strategy, Positioning Strategy, Brand
Mission & Vision, Swot Analysis, Customer Profile. By preparing
this project I learn whole process of Fashion & Textile Brand
management. For this i am grateful to our honorable miss “Sadia
Alam” because whenever we knocked her, she helped us
throughout all processes. It is a big support for me, for
completing the project effectively by gathering more crucial
knowledge.
Introduction
A brand is a product, service, or concept that is publicly
distinguished from other products, services, or concepts so that it
can be easily communicated and usually marketed. A brand name
is the name of the distinctive product, service, or concept.
Branding is the process of creating and disseminating the brand
name. Branding can be applied to the entire corporate identity
as well as to individual product and service names. A brand have
some key components that form a brand’s toolbox include a
brand’s, communication (such as by logos and trademarks),brand
awareness, brand loyalty, and various branding (brand
management) strategies.
Brand Elements

Branding isn’t limited to just name and logo. It is a combination of characteristics and
properties which have an effect on almost all of our senses to result in a uniform
experience every time we have contact with it. Each and every brand elements ara
essential to make up an important piece of any brand’s puzzle that proves mine to
customers who I am, why my product is better, and why they should remember me.

The name “Bengal Cat”


A brand name doesn’t have much value if no one can recognize it or remember
it. I choose this brand name because of ‘I think the meaning of bengal cat are
related to my brand. The product of our brand are always pure and quality full.
Cat are always love comfort and we always try to invent and make more
comfortable product for our Clint.Cats are always love to keep neat and clean I
think that is related termed to organizational working environment.
Also the walking position of cat is more sweet and fashionable which is more
related to our organization.

Why I Made This Logo

First of all A brand name doesn’t have much value if no one can recognize it or
remember it.
So it is more important to have a relation of Brand name and brand logo. Bengal
Cat is one kind of animal called Cat. We try to keep an animal like Cat at our
Brand logo.
Fabric is the first element to create any fashion style or a product . So for this
reason We try to keep a fabric texture at the Background of the logo.
So we think it will be more easy to understand and remember our brand name
and brand logo.

The personality, Character, Mood of human being are reflected by his/her Dress
selection.The Quality full dress can make any one unique from other. That’s why
we are always expect more from our clothes that we wear everyday. To get one

What is Product Line

A product line is a group of products that a company creates under a single


brand. The products are similar and focus on the same market sector. Maybe
their function or channel distribution are the same or similar. Perhaps their
physical attributes, prices, quality, or type of customers are the same. We call
the activity product lining. Product lines are often part of a marketing strategy.
Companies keep adding more products to attract buyers. Specifically, they want
to attract buyers who are familiar with the brand.
By definition, a product line is an assembly of related products that are
marketed under one brand sold by a company.

Market segmentation

Market segmentation is a marketing term that refers to aggregating prospective


buyers into groups or segments with common needs and who respond similarly to
a marketing action. Market segmentation enables companies to target different
categories of consumers who perceive the full value of certain products and
services differently from one another.

From the pie chart we can see that our targeted customer country's are UK, USA,
Malaysia, India. I have been targeted western country because The products
which are made by our organization are most suitable for this targeted country's.
We also made our product on the basis of age of our consumer. Mainly we
produce our product for 15 to 45 years man and women. We also produce few
product for 46 to 60 years people. The product we are offering, can easily adopt
by our targeted country. That’s the main reason behind of choosing people from
these country as our as our target customer.
Marketing Strategy

Marketing is most important for any kind of brand. Because of without marketing
any one can not know how many product we offer for our customer. By marketing
policy customer will be able to know which product they should buy or which
product is suitable for him. We also follow some Marketing strategy such as
 We are Focus on our best sellers
 We always Invest to develop our website
 We also provide shopping carts to encourage our customer
 We try to use video whenever possible
 We run YouTube channel based on fashion trend
 We Run Collection ads on Instagram and Facebook
 We Run compelling email marketing campaigns
Positioning Strategy

Brand Positioning is the place that I want to own in my target audience’s mind. It's exploring,
identifying, and refining my distinctiveness via a brand positioning strategy. Brand positioning
is need for many reason such as
 Brand Positioning creates market differentiation
 Brand Positioning breaks through the clutter of noise
 Brand Positioning makes it easier for people to buy from mine
I also follow some positioning strategy such as
1. Positioning by Quality: My brand focuses on using high-quality materials and hand
embroidery and beading for its products to communicate quality. Because I think quality is
the first chaise for customer.
2. Positioning by Competition: I always try differentiates my fashion brand from others based
on innovation and uniqueness. Because customer always try to find unique product.
3. Positioning by Customer Service: Everyone loves great service. All selected a retailer or
brand simply because of their customer service. So I try to give the best customer service.
4. Last of all I try to make an environment friendly green factory ,I think which is one of the
most important factor to create good position on customer mind.

imagine having a own Brand. I planed my own brand with some unique and
different decorative product.
