Slide titles Shapes

 Title and subsection slides: all title  Flat, not gradations, no bevels
copy capitalized  Shadow style 14
 Bullet slide titles: cap the first letter of  Slight rounded corners
every word except small connecting
words like“and” “to” “a” “of” etc Photos
 Use a colon to separate a title and  Shadow style 14
subject
 Use approved images from library, NOT
Bullets Google images (illegal, not free)
 First letter in sentence capitalized  Constrain sizing, do not stretch
 No periods at end  Use web resolution images,

 Converting Presentations to This Template

 Open this presentation AND old presentation

 Select slides from old in slide sorter and copy them
 Switch to this presentation and paste in slide sorter
 Reapply the layout design
 Select the slide
 Select from top menu “format”, then “slide layout”
 Click on right side of the highlighted box, and select “reapply
layout”
 May have to do this twice!
 Check object colors
 Check type alignment

Note: applying this presentation as a .pot template design (the most common method) often
brings in the previous slide master artwork and you will need to edit the master slides
