SELF-TESTING ACTIVITIES: STUNT
WHAT IS A STUNT?

•A stunt is quite a difficult physical


activity using the muscles of the
body, which are not usually used in
everyday activities.
•When the muscles are used, they
become strong.
•A stunt is a self-testing activity.
•Self-testing activity is a series  of
exercises to test an individual's
strength and weakness through
various physical activities. 
Things to remember:
•Safety precautions must be practiced in
doing stunts.
•Analyzed a safety aspect by a trained
spotter.
•Empty your pockets.
•Remove jewelry, eyeglasses, watches, and
other articles from your body.
INDIVIDUAL STUNT
SELF-TESTING ACTIVITIES: STUNT
Walk-through
•Assume a leaning rest
position. Then using small
steps, walk your feet
through your hands until
your body is fully
extended with your back
on the floor.
DUCK WALK
•Do a deep knee bend. Put
your knees apart and your
back straight. Place your
hands under your armpit.
Walk on right with your whole
body folding and your arms
swinging up and down,
imitating the wings of duck
FROG KICK
•Do a deep knee bend. Place
your arms between your legs
and your hands flat on the
floor, within your four fingers
pointing front. Kick leg on
the air at the back by placing
weight on your hands.
