Proposed Innovation
BAGO
(Basic Automated Grades Online):
A tool for Increasing Efficiency in
eReport Card Production and
Distribution in the
New Normal
BAGO, is an online system of
collecting grades from teachers,
processes it as eReport Cards ready
for distribution to stakeholders.

With the DepEd’s partnership with

Google, the researcher thought of
using its Applications such as Google
sheet, Google slide, Google site and

BAGO (Basic Automated Grades Online) seeks to alleviate
the tedious task of preparing eReport Card. It aims to reduce
time by automatically producing eSF9 and the having readily
available sheets for the encoding of grades by the subject
teachers. This study discusses the ways on how the proposed
innovation can increase efficiency in eReport Card generation
and distribution to parents or guardians.

Data Analysis Plan
Descriptive type of research will be primarily applied
in this project. This is used to describe and analyze the
feature and functions of the proposed innovation. The
researcher will conduct interview, testing and will use
survey questionnaire.
The researcher will compute for the mean response
and will be interpreted based on the satisfaction of
respondents after using BAGO.
