Point programs are by far the most popular type of customer loyalty program used by
retailers to increase their repeat purchases. Customers usually generate points every
time they make a purchase, give product reviews, or share anything related to our brand
products on social media. The points can later be redeemed for various attractive prizes
or discounts that can be customized to the preferences of each customer.
3. CREATE EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS
Using discounts can always help our company to boost repeat purchases. , discounts
can increase our revenue. We can apply exclusive discounts for customers registered as
members. We can also customize the discounts based on our customer points, membership
levels, or spending.

4. USE EMAIL RETARGETING TO WIN CUSTOMERS BACK


This is One of the most effective ways to win a customer after the first purchase is
targeting them again. Remind our customers to buy our products again via email, social media,
as well as search and display advertising. Track incomplete purchases and remind our
customers of their abandoned carts.
5. GROW OUR CUSTOMER BASE THROUGH REFERRALS PROGRAM
We can give discounts for those who use referral codes and incentives for those who
have successfully invited others to buy our products.
6. BOOST REPEAT PURCHASES THROUGH PERSONALIZED CAMPAIGN
One of the most powerful ways to increase repeat purchases is to send customers
emails based on their past purchases and remind them of additional items they may need with
the items they previously bought.

For example, we offer Regular earphones to a customer who previously bought a Noise-
canceling headphone, then we send them a message like; “Thank you for buying a Noise
Cancelling Headphones to us, do you need regular headphones as well?”

It will take time and effort to grow our relationship with our customers and earn their trust.

great service and make customers’ lives easier, and they’ll likely turn into advocates for your
brand.
Why is Customer Retention so important to our company?
Repeat customers always make up a substantial portion of an organization’s profits, and
the more times they buy, the more likely they are to buy again. One study showed that after
one purchase, the customer is only 25% likely to buy from our company again. However, after
two purchases they were 45% more likely to make a third purchase, and after three purchases,
they were 54% more likely to make a fourth.

Expense Budget Summary
Marketing expenses are mostly for staff required to do the marketing
activities listed. Most of the tools we need, like analytics and landing
page creation, are inexpensive. The exceptions to this are for specific
tools like email marketing and forums.
We do not expect an increase in marketing staff requirements during
the first year. One person can actually do a lot of these activities. Once
they have put marketing plan processes in place, the marketing activities
upkeep becomes easier. Junior staff can then handle it.
In order to make sure that we are on track, we have created a
variety of key metrics for this marketing plan example. These may
require adjustments and fine tuning as we progress. They are our best
