History of Shiatsu

 One of the oldest holistic therapies -> healing associated with the
human touch
 Shiatsu originates from ancient Chinese techniques and anmo massage.
 “Shi" means finger and "atsu" means pressure in Japanese
 Recognized by the Ministry of health in Japan as official medecine.
 Shiatsu-sensei Tenpeki Tamai, Namikoshi , Masunaga, Kimura, Ohashi,
etc.

Health
Health = energetic balance.
Through sickness, we discover a manifested disbalance.

Too much Yang diseases in the society: we sleep less, more and more
competition, stress, etc.

 Shiatsu searches the original cause of a symptom

 Shiatsu techniques help us to translate a sickness towards a healing treatment


on all levels of Being: spiritual, mental, emotional, energetical and physical.
