Our Services
The hiring solution would cover following steps
Web based Aptitude/psychometric/subjective online screening test for all the
qualifying candidates. This would be screening round to filter-out approx. 40 %
of the candidates
60% of the screened candidates would go through 1 st round telephonic/Video
based technical interview with domain experts. This round would filter-out 50%
of the remaining candidates.
Selected 30 % of the candidates would go through second (final) technical
round with domain coach. Selected candidates from this round would be
recommended for HR round with client.
•Hiring for senior positions like function and process heads , the process would
be tailored and the panel would be formed accordingly. This may include group
of panellist.
