 PROBLEM STATEMENT
Due to an increase in population, the
generation of waste is getting doubled day
by day. Inefficient waste collection
systems and unreliable pickup makes
excessive production of waste material,
And it becomes the challenge to
municipality for the proper disposal of the
waste . A municipality only will unable to
solve this problems without the people
support, interaction and awareness.

OBJECTIVE

 To create a web application

that provides the medium to
connect people with the
respective authorities for the
proper disposal of waste.
 To give information on how
different types of waste
product can be recycled and
reuse.
 To spread the concept of use
and reuse

INTRODUCTION

 Waste management Nepal is web application that provides easy way

for waste collection and disposal.

 The main functionality of this application will be; people can send
pictures of waste material and garbage near their areas , it will notify
municipality to manage that waste within hour.

 waste management Nepal webapp gives you schedule notifications to

pick your municipal households and small-business waste .

LITERATURE REWIEW…..

There are many apps related to waste management. Most of them

are developed by foreign developers. Though waste management
is very crucial for the sustainable development of the
environment, a few apps were encountered regarding the waste
management in Nepal which mainly focus on the home remedy
to manage waste and it is developed targeting especially Nepali
waste scenario.

LITERATURE REWIEW

Web-based online waste management systems project done by people around

the world like is mainly based on how to manage the waste in terms of
destroying them using different techniques and all. We are unable to find the
web-based online platform in Nepal where people can alert the municipality
or concerned authorities to take the away the garbage which is the main
reason behind the idea of developing this project and even the layman can
use it to make their locality free of pollution.

 FEASIBILITY STUDY

Economic Feasibility :
This project will be developed using open source codes as a HTML/CSS ,
Javascript , Bootstrap which are freely available. There is minimal economic
cost associated to this project, which can be cost of internet, electricity which
is available in cheap price.
 
Operational Feasibility:
This system will be operationally feasible. Operational feasibility of any
system is the measure of how well the system is capable of solving problems.
This system can work smoothly with the availability of internet.

FEASIBILITY STUDY….

Technical Feasibility :
Anyone can have access to our web app with any browser and with internet
access. This portal can be used easily and efficiently by any users, not much
technical knowledge is required.

Client Side : HTML , CSS, JAVASCRIPT,BOOTSTRAP.
Server Side: PHP,MYSQL/SQL.

 EXPECTED OUTPUT

We expect to create a web application which can be access from anywhere at

any time . A platform for people where they can request/notify the
municipality to collect the waste in the respective areas.
