1. Media and Entertainment sector is expected to
generate an additional employment to the tune of
68,200.
2. The media sector has grown significantly during
the second quarter of 2010 and is expected to
grow even faster in the coming months.
3. The key reasons for rapid growth are demographic
and economic factors.
4. Majority of young population and higher
disposable incomes.
5. Radio is expected to grow at 12.2 percent over 2010
-2014 while the internet Is expected to grow at 20.1 %
over the next five years. Gaming is another component

and print advertising at 7%.
