Course Title: Organic Chemistry - Laboratory
Number of Units: 2 units laboratory

Course Description:
The laboratory is an important part of the course in Organic Chemistry. It provides students the opportunity to explore
methods and find challenges which are not found in ordinary classroom settings. It gives students first-hand experience with
the concepts they study in the lecture class. It enhances their knowledge by enabling them to apply what they learned.
Course Schedule:
 Laboratory: Thursday (10:00AM to 1:00PM)
 Consultation Hours: Wednesday (1:00PM to 3:00PM)

1. Attendance is a must.
• Students are only allowed up to 20% unexcused absences. Anything beyond that
will be graded as DROPPED.

2. Cameras must be TURNED ON at the BEGINNING OF THE CLASS for attendance.

3. Microphones must be TURNED OFF unless the professor asked you otherwise.

4. Excuse letters must be submitted in case of absence/s through EMAIL.

5. Requirements must be submitted ON TIME. Late submissions will not be tolerated unless there is a
REASONABLE excuse.
