when u work in a team or group you have to listen all

my university career I have idea of group work which

front line operations manager is absent and I
done his all work. This is the first time when I
interact to summit bank’s computer system.

O Centralization means when a decision is made, only
supervisors, directors can made the decisions. Lower staff
never involved in decision making process.
O Decentralization means decisions are made with the
consent of lower staffs and employees too. Supervisors
get ideas to the staff and try to innovate things which can
beneficial for organization and staff as well.
Work specialization:
O When Summit Bank wants to get specialized and accurate
work then task are divided into different jobs departments.

A person can face many problems to select the best person for particular
job. Interviewer can notices and judge the person with their knowledge,
willing to do task, dedication towards their work, ability and skills then
they select the person for job.
Training and Development:
O Now there is a difference which can be understood first.
O Training is for present state and development is for future bases work.
O Training is needed when person face deficiency to do his/her work.
