SAMPLE
Iwas born in 1986 in Hải Dương, Việt Nam. After my
graduation from Faculty of Philology, Hanoi University of
Education, I have participated in a wide range of
activities in literature and arts. I am currently studying

Phùng Hà Thanh
Vietnamese contemporary literature in a Master of Arts
course at Hanoi University of Education.
My poems, short stories, essays and articles have been
published in a number of independent art forums
overseas, including Talawas, Damau, and Tienve , as well
as Vietnamese magazines and journals such as Lao
Động, Thể Thao Văn Hóa, Văn Nghệ Trẻ, Tạp Chí Văn Hóa
Nghệ Thuật, etc. I am considered as an independent
young poet and journalist who attempts to renovate
Vietnamese literature. I am also a persistent supporter of
avant–garde literary trends in contemporary Vietnam, in
theory and in act. Now I am living in Hanoi.
