under ‘We Tube, We Lounge and Newswire’ and it is not sourced from any outside agency or any
other student.

Market capitalization is derived by multiplying the outstanding

Understanding Large Cap Funds
• These Open Ended Equity Mutual Funds significantly allocate their assets
in the equity shares of the top 100 companies in terms of full market
capitalization. A minimum of 80% of their net assets is invested in equity
and equity-related instruments. These funds typically invest in
companies forming part of sectors like financial services, consumer
goods, pharma, healthcare, infrastructure, information technology, and
others.

• Large Cap companies are typically well established and have a long
track record. Moreover, the company's information is conveniently

INDIAN ACCOUNTS IN JANUARY,
SAYS REPORT
• WhatsApp received grievances against 495 Indian accounts which
appealed to ban 285 accounts, out of which 24 were banned
• Mobile messaging platform WhatsApp banned 18.58 lakh Indian
accounts in January on the basis of complaints received from
users through its grievances division and the company's own
mechanism to prevent and detect law violators, according to a
monthly report published on Tuesday.
• WhatsApp received grievances against 495 Indian accounts which
appealed to ban 285 accounts, out of which 24 were banned.
• Tech giant Google has released the first developer preview of Android
13. The preview has given hints into the areas of focus for Google in
the OS update set to be out this year. Among the features that have
been previewed are upgrades in privacy and theming options and new
language controls, coupled with quite a few back end updates.
• Over this month and the next, the tech giant would be
releasing developer previews before preparing it for a beta
release sometime around April. As per expectations,
Android 13 is likely to be stable in June or July, and it would
be officially released later this year.
