Nurses in carrying out nursing
practice have the right to :
 a. obtain legal protection as long as right
they carry out their duties in
accordance with service standards,
professional standards, standard
operating procedures, and provisions
of laws and regulations;

b. obtain correct, clear, and
honest information from the
client
and/or their family;

c. receive a service fee for nursing

services that have been
given;
d. reject the wishes of the Client or right
other parties that are contrary to the
code of ethics, service standards,
professional standards, standard
procedures
