Introduction

 We have developed a project named, “Agro Shop Management

System”. This system helps maintain all transactions related to the
library. The details such as Title, Author, book no. Are stored so
that the user can see the details of the book on the computer itself.
 The librarian has the right to add, delete or modify the book entry.
The system also maintains records of members to whom the book is
issued & when it is returned. As soon as the book is returned it
becomes available for borrowing once again.
 If the book is returned late fine calculation is done automatically
and displayed. Reports can be generated as to which books are
available in library, which books are borrowed, etc.
Fact Finding Techniques:-

 The study the system we need to collect fact i.e.

gathering information about the system.
1. Interview.
2. Record Review
3. Questioners
4. Observation
 Feasibility Study:-
 1Before recommending a new system, it is investigated whether it is possible to develop
the requested system. The important outcome of the preliminary investigation is the
determination is to find out the system requested is feasible for the organization or not.
There are three aspects of feasibility study.
 There are 2 types of feasibility:
1) Technical Feasibility :-

 It is the study of hardware & software i.e. technical requirements of the system in order
to inform the management & end user about the requirements of technical resources.
 The system is technically feasible. No additional software or hardware is required for
the implementation, as the system is developed using Visual Basic Dot Net Technology as
front-end tool & Microsoft Access -2007as back-end tool.
