Common pathways to migrate to AU

• Partner Visa - This visa lets the de facto partner or spouse of an Australian
citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen live in
Australia permanently.
• Skilled Independent Visa - Is for skilled workers who are not sponsored by an
employer, a state or territory, or a family member. Your nominated
occupation should be in the current Australian Skilled Occupation List (SOL).
• Student Visa - This visa allows eligible international students to undertake a
course in Australia and work legally for up to 40hr per fortnight.
• Work Sponsorship Visa- Is for skilled workers who are sponsored by an
employer. Your nominated occupation should be in the current Australian
Skilled Occupation List (SOL) and you must have at least 3 years on-shore.
