Objective
• This is a real-time health monitoring system utilizing the measured values
which are the most important measurements required for critical care.
• This system has a liquid crystal display (LCD) that shows the measured
temperature, pulse rate, and oxygen saturation level and can be easily

Need of the project
• Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic is one of the major global issues faced by
health organizations.
• COVID-19 patients have several symptoms, such as fever, shortness of breath,
decrease in oxygen saturation level, dry cough, diarrhea, vomiting, sore throat,
headache, loss of taste and smell, body pain, and abnormal pulse rate.
• Among these symptoms, high fever, low oxygen saturation level, and abnormal
pulse rate are considered serious.
• Therefore, it is important for COVID-19 patients to be regularly informed about
their health conditions, especially body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen
saturation
