Here are our answers
WHAT IS A PROJECT PLAN?
A project plan defines the project’s goals and objectives, it specifies how the
task will be done and the resources needed. A project plan shows all work in
a project and identifies who will do it.
WHAT ARE THE PARTS IN A PROJECT PLAN?
- Name of The Project: An overview of the title of the project itself.

- Objectives: These state the goal of the project that must be achieved.

- Sketch: This part illustrates the raw materials, and the finished product.

- Materials and Tools Needed: This is the list of the materials and tools
needed.

- Procedure: This part explains how the project is done.

- Evaluation: This uses the scorecard to evaluate the project.

HERE IS OUR SAMPLE PROJECT:
Project Title: Handerkerchief

Objectives: To make this project successfully, to make the work neat as possible.

Sketch: *Shown In The Picture Above* | Raw Material Used: Silk/Cotton

Materials Needed: Sewing Kit, Silk Fabric/Cotton Fabric, Sewing Pins, Ruler

Procedure: (1) Wash & Dry the Fabric, (2) Cut a square of fabric to the required size, we've
made ours 40cm squared, (3) Fold over 7mm on all four sides and iron the fabric
(4) Once the fabric has cooled, unfold all the edges. Use the fold lines as a guide
to trim the corners by carefully cutting a triangle to prevent the corners
from being too bulky, (5) Finally, stich it using a thread and a needle.

Evaluation: *Next Slide*

HERE IS OUR SAMPLE PROJECT: EVALUATION
Evaluation: Very Good (32-23 Points)
