Annotation After the first and second retrieval of modules last


October, I noticed that she had difficulty in
paraphrasing/ explaining based on her answers in the
activity. i called her attention and and talked with her
inorder for me to understand her side. I also asked
her classmate/cousin to help her when needed.

.Weekly Home Learning Plan was distributed together with the


modules. With the use of WHLP the home tutors and learners were
guided in answering the modules for it contains the schedules,
allotted time and the subjects and steps and directions as well on
how to answer the modules. If they have also concern in a certain

Annotation
Before making my lesson exemplar, I make sure that the objectives
are aligned / congruent with the competencies in MELCs. In
preparing the activities and task, it must be suited to their learning
styles. It must be interesting also and enjoyable at the same time so

Annotation

We also gave summative test to our students based on the modules given to
measure their learnings on the lessons given on that week. The test was
aligned on the learning competencies. Item analysis was done after the test in
order to identify the learners who need remediation.

LDM Course help me personally and other


teachers to improve in assessing ourselves and our
way of delivering teaching and learning to our
learners especially in this times of pandemic. At first,
it was very difficult for me to work on, but later as the
course goes by on, I slowly understand and get the
point that this course will help me a lot in Distance
Learning. This experience and learnings in the new
normal gave me the wisdom, strength and confidence
to develop my portfolio same as with the IPCRF. In
this way, I can strongly prove that I did my best in my
teaching profession.

Annotation
Based on my reflection, it shows that I’ve learned a lot and have a
meaningful experiences of the things to improve my strength and
weaknesses and as an educator, you should properly document all
your experiences in this time of pandemic.I came to my realization
of the things that we should give to our students.
