submitted within 10 days of commencing summer internship.

• Interim Progress Report: To be uploaded latest by 3 weeks from the date


of commencement.

• Final Final Project Report: Last date of submission of final Project report
to Academic office is 25th June 2022.

Essential Requirements - 1

• MBA – General Management


• minimum 2 electives (full credit courses) from at least 5
areas
• MBA - with concentration
• 7 (minimum) – 9(maximum) electives from the respective
areas (Marketing/ Finance/ ODS) over all 3 trims
• At least 4 areas to be covered (at least 3 credits)

(Compulsory courses will NOT be considered for elective


credit calculation)

Process of elective selection

• Open House - 02nd March, 2PM onwards

• Demand Estimation Round – 04th March, 6.00pm onwards

• Final Bidding Round – 15th March 2022


Demand Estimation Round
• To gauge the demand for a course
• Without any constraint of bid points, time table etc
• faculty details will be updated wherever available

• Helps you understand how the system works


• Helps the program office to plan better

• Scheduled on Friday, 04th March, 6.00pm- 11.59pm

• Let it truly reflect your choice

• Incentive to participate - 20 Bonus Bid points


Final bidding round

• On the basis of Real-time Online bidding system


• For all 3 trimesters
• Each student allotted 200-220 points (20 points on the basis of CGPA
upto Trim II)
• Additional 20 points for completing the demand estimation round as
per guidelines
• Students opting for interdisciplinary courses (maximum 2) also need to
later register through the student portal
• For an elective to be offered:
• Minimum 20 student registrations (15 if the course is being offered for the first
time)
• If an elective is being dropped, registered students will be allowed to
bid for other electives subject to seat availability

• Maximum capacity per division per course – 65 students

• Maximum no. of divisions for each course will be available before


bidding

• Add/Drop Round in every trimester

• Before every trimester – dates will be announced
• Maximum 2 changes allowed in every add/drop round subject to
conditions
Audit courses
• 1 Audit course per trimester allowed from available courses

• Grades will reflect in the transcript but will not be considered for CGPA
calculation/ concentration completion requirement

• Details of Available courses will be communicated before change

Exchange program cases
• Allowed only in Trim V / Trim VI
• Completion of concentration electives in our campus is mandatory
• Elective with similar nomenclature / content should not be opted for
at the host university
• Provide information on electives opted in the foreign university ASAP
Course of Independent Study (CIS)
• 1 CIS course allowed per student across all Trimesters
• Students interact individually with the concerned area/faculty
• Mutually finalise a common area for in-depth study/ research

• Equivalent to a full-credit course (3 credits)

• Communicate your intent to program office preferably before Final


bidding; but definitely before 20th March 2022
• Onus on completing the course on time is with the student
