•seashore group of company is a multi business corporation having core competence in
insurance, healthcare, ayurveda, retailing, education, agriculture, fmcg, realestate,
construction, transport,
food processing etc.

• Itis established in 2004 and now it has became a household and is growing on the back
of people’s support.

•It aims to provide financial freedom to all and make everybody ‘dream tangible.

•In the span of 5 years it has already had a firm presence in state like
Orissa,Jharkhand,Chhatisgahr,Bihar,Westbengal,Andhrapradesh,Mohastra,Assam,Gujura
t and Delhi.

•Seashore stands for certain values -trust, accuracy, transparency, quality comittment and
rock solid constructive attempts.
Objective of the study

The objectives of the study elating to purpose for which the study is taken up. It specify
the goal that is to be acheive.
The basic objective of the project work is to provide the researcher an opportunity to
apply to concept learnt in real life situation.
The researcher look over the study to identify the market potentiality of seashore courier
and cargo limited at paradeep.
In order to achieve the objective it is required to have sufficient planning as planning
bridges the gap between where we are and where we want to go. Followings are the main
objectives of the study.
a) To visit the organizations who uses the cargo industry to obtain information
b) To know about the booking amount of the consumer.

 The companies are divided on the basis of their annual turn over. 22 percent of the companies
have annual turn over of upto 50 lakh, 20 percent of the companies have the turn of Rs.75 Lakh To
Rs.1 Crore, 24 percent of the companies have the turn of RS.75 Lakh To RS.1 Crore, 24 percent of
the companies have the turn of RS. 1 Crore To Rs. 1 Crore 25 Lakh, 24 percent of the companies
have the turn of More Than Rs.1.25 Crore.

 From the above table it is clear that, Gati has maximum market awareness i.e 26
percent followed by Seashore has 22 percent , Fedex has 20 percent, TCI has 18
percent and TNT Speedage has 14 percent.

FINDINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

FINDINGS
 From the above study we found that
 1. Gati has maximum market awareness i.e 26 percent
 2. Tracking facility is the most important factor in booking the shipment,
 3. The awareness of the seashore as cargo company is 54 percent.
 4. The source of awareness about seashore is Employees which is 56 percent

SUGGESTIONS
Basing upon the above findings the following suggestions have been made.
 The company should provide tracking facility for its customers to track their articles.
 As the source of the awareness is employees, the company should focus on the employees of the
customers to promote their brand.
 
 
 
 
CONCLUSION

From the survey it is concluded that seashore courrier and cargo has a good brand
name in the market. The employees of the booking company is the measure source
of promotion of the brand name. As there exist a good potential of cargo
companies at paradeep market there is a good chance for seashore courrier and
cargo ltd to capture a good market share.
