Planning a shoot in the style of
Suzanne Saroff

The photographer who has
inspires this shoot is Suzanne
Saroff. My shoot will show links in
many ways to Saroff’s pieces. Like
for instance using the water to
distort the main prop.
4: Lighting
For my shoot I will be inside,
using additional/artificial
lighting to capture my shoot
2: Concept
In my shoot I will be capturing a
bunch of bananas, using water
to distort the image to create a
different perspective of the
main image.
5: Models/People
I won’t necessarily need
models or people. But will
need bananas.
3: Equipment and Location
For my shoot I will need a bunch of
bananas, an infinity curve (made with
paper) and glasses with water.
I will be having my shoot inside whilst
using artificial lighting to light up the
photo.
6: Composition
For my composition, I will be placing
the props behind the glass to give the
effect of distortion. I will be also
using the composition rule of filling
the frame.
