What Is Electronic Communication?

Electronic communication is the meaningful exchange of


information at a distance by technological means,
particularly through electrical signals or electromagnetic
waves. Electronic communication means any transfer of
signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, or
intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part
by a wire, radio, electromagnetic, photo electronic or
photo optical system that affects interstate of foreign
commerce.
