Section 6
Article six states that senators and representatives should
be paid for their work in the government, and even be
exempt from arrest while debating – save for when
committing treason, felony, and breaking peace – and
won’t be questioned for what is said in debate.

Explanation:
Keeping senators and representatives from the threat of
arrest during debate ensures free speech and ample
critique/discussion of topics that will aid the people. It
means that senators and representatives won’t feel the need
to appeal to the president – in the way people would to a
king – and can discuss the issues and matters crucial to
people. This ties into republicanism and popular
sovereignty – as the people’s issues are better represented
with the safety of their representatives.
Section 7
Summary:
Every bill passed by the house of representatives/the
senate must be presented to the president to be
approved or returned for reconsideration on their part.
Explanation:
This bill is a form of a separation of powers, as only
the executive and legislative branches can make and
pass laws together, not individually – not forgetting
the judicial branch’s power to evaluate such

Summary:
Congress has the power to impose and collect
taxes/duties/imports/excises as to pay debts and use the money to
invest in government matters and the benefit of the people’s
living/cities and infrastructures. This also gives congress the power
to handle money with other nations and states.
