What is Occupational Safety and Health?
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) - is a discipline dealing with a prevention of work
related injuries and diseases as well as protection and promotion of the health of workers.
It aims at the improvement of working conditions and environment.

How to manage OSH?
• Supervisors are the first responsible to carry out periodical O-SRA that are
suitable and sufficient.
• They are not expected to be able to eliminate hazards and minimize all
risks but they are required to protect people as far as is reasonably
practicable.
It is a plan that lists all the corrective actions to undertake to eliminate (if
possible) or mitigate the hazards and/or risks in the workplace

Examine workplace conditions to make sure they conform to applicable OSH
standards.

complied with, and assist with accident investigations
