MUET (Malaysian University English Test):

- Proficiency test of the English language.
- MUET Exam held 3 times a year.

- Compulsory qualification for :

a) entry into local universities
b) *graduation from institutes of higher learning
*according to the respective requirement – depends on the faculty

- Comprises of 4 components testing the language skills:

1. Listening (Paper 1 – 800/1)
2. Speaking (Paper 2 – 800/2)
3. Reading (Paper 3 – 800/3)
4. Writing (Paper 4 – 800/4)

* Results are valid for 5 years (from the date of the release)
