FAQ 1: What are the common error messages? What do they mean respectively?
Error message 1: The NE collection conflict. Please wait for other tasks to complete.
Meaning: The NE in the current task is the same as that in an ongoing task.
Error message 2: The XXX connection protocol information of this NE is not available. Correctly configure it on the NE
Configuration page and collect the NE information again.
Meaning: The dedicated account for fault data collection is not configured.
Error message 3: This NE failed to be connected using the XXX connection protocol. Check whether the NE connection
parameters configured on the NE Configuration page are correct or the network is reachable.
Meaning: The dedicated account for fault data collection is incorrect, the NE is powered off, or the network is faulty.
Error message 4: The number of tasks has reached the upper limit 10, please delete some tasks and create them again!
Meaning: A maximum of 10 tasks can be created. If the number of existing collection tasks exceeds 10, no more tasks can be
created.
