Starbucks built a culture which includes diversity. They inspire
their leaders to build a diverse work force.

Vital customers are Men and Women Aged 25 to 40 and


accounts to 50% of their revenue. 40% of the sales comes from
the age group of 18 to 24. Its tailored towards adult audience. It
is leaving out potential market of kids.

Starbucks cups are made of recyclable materials and


customers can bring their own cups to reduce waste.
Starbucks take help of social media to engage the customers.
They have startedplatformcalled mystarbucks idea where
customer gives suggestions, Discussions, Idea, feedback and
other inputs for product improvement. Taking feeback they
further say please like, comment and share and they would bring
in changes in the products and services as the customer
requires.

Starbucks increased their product prices globally due to the


increase in price of coffee beans and their net income also
increased gradually.
