KT Playback Overview

What is it? Playback sessions are meetings where TCS associates demonstrate their understanding of knowledge
acquired from JMH and are evaluated by the JMH SMEs and Leads

Who participates? TCS associates, JMH SMEs / Leads

When does it happen? Sessions are scheduled by JMH Project Manager per the transition schedule

What happens during a typical playback TCS associates demonstrate their knowledge acquired. They may use SOPs, Presentation deck, or outline
session? solutions to scenarios or case studies presented by JMH SMEs and/or Leads

What happens if the playback session goes At each session, JMH SMEs/Leads are asked to rate TCS’ level of understanding. The ratings are

internally whoever receive a suspicious mail should send to
