Proposal Writing (15%)
• Group of five (5)
• Propose an activity for the library
• Write a proposal
• Submit at the end of week 4
• 1 proposal will be chosen from the class for
implementation
• Implementation in week 10
Proposal Writing (15%)
• Group of five (5)
• Propose an activity for the based on:
▫ Student character building or
▫ Corporate social responsibility
• Write a proposal
• Submit at the end of week 4
• 1 proposal will be chosen from the class for
implementation
• Implementation in week 10 or 11
Job Hunting (25%)
• Group with approved proposal (main
committee) will put out advertisement for
required positions
• Submit application letter & resume to the main
committee & lecturer
• Attend interview session conducted by main
committee
Meeting (20%)
• You will be assigned to specific working
committee by the main committee
• Meeting 1 : Each committee conduct meeting to
discuss progress to conduct library event
• Meeting 2: A post-mortem meeting after
conducting the event
• Meeting documentations: Submit one week after
meeting is held
Event Organisation & Peer
Evaluation (10%)

• Conduct event at the library in week 11


• Duration of event: 40 – 50 minutes
• All need to participate
• Peer evaluation will be conducted on week 13
