About the programme
• Offered in collaboration with CII, Mumbai

• Objective of the programme:

– Aims to develop leadership and managerial skills amongst middle level managers
likely to lead innovation, operational excellence and change in the fast changing
business environment for business excellence

• Develop understanding and skills in key value adding areas:

– Business environment and strategic management


– Innovation and the development of markets, new products and processes; the
management of engineering and manufacturing operations and supply chains; core
and emerging technologies in manufacturing and engineering; the management of
projects, finance, people, quality, IS & IT
– Change management, continuous improvement in product, process and people
Course Pedagogy
• Course Duration : 3 years

• Completion of 9 modules

• Each module consists of 37 hours of directed tuition at CII campus, Mumbai ie. 5
days followed by a post module assignment.

• Modules to be selected from a wide basket of modules available under the following

• Completion of a project work during the programme duration
