ones want to look their best on the wedding day, also they want their ensembles
to be unique, antique and traditional yet with a touch of modernity. Many brides
and young girls are very nostalgic about the traditional attires which they have
inherited from their moms and grand moms.
We will start personalized consultation and customized apparel services for
such Audience.
Process

 A thorough Interview to be taken after fixing


an appointment for the client. Specification
to be taken from the client about her or his
preferences about colors, silhouettes, cuts,
quality expectations etc.
 A paper design or computer design to be
made for a fees of Rs. 1000.

Market Summary

 Niche marketing:- The first customer we can


visualize a lady in the Ajmera complex who is
highly impressed by our ideas, is a fashion
lover wears expensive sarees and is a
connoisseur of art. Once we get our first
customer we will repeat it as much as
possible which will happen by word of mouth
spread about our highly committed and
noble services.
SWOT ANALYSIS

Strengths:- Experience of Creative head in the field of


Fashion.

Weakness:- Unavailability of set up of trained karigars,


Dyres & tailors.

Opportunity:- New Idea and Niche market, Specially in


Bangalore. The posh society we are staying in.

Threats:- The First few assignments will be difficult to


achieve given our Nil advertising budget.
