The Quality Management System (ISO9001)
defines what the organization does to ensure that
its products or services satisfy the customer's
quality requirements and comply with any
regulations applicable to those products or
services.
What Is A Quality Management System?

• A quality management system is a management technique


used to communicate to employees about production to
get desired quality of product and services about product.
• It is also explained in two ways:-
1)Planned Individually-
-by people, - materials
-about processes -resources

2)Implemented collectively:-
-by “best practice”

-In this detection of paramters related to the quality
are detected.

Direction is given on the detected problem and other
