What is manager?
• A manager is a person tasked with overseeing one or more
employees or departments to ensure these employees or
departments carry out assigned duties as required.
Depending on the size of the company there might be a
single, dual or triple management layer involved.

management is basically
divided into three tiers: upper
or senior management, mid-
management and lower
management.
Females differ from men when
it comes to management

Conclusions
• It should be noted that no genration
are complitly accurate and there
should be avoided.
• This is case because not all females
tend to employee the same style of
managing their subordinates.
