Findings:
Trains are always overloaded with bunch of people, passengers feel very
difficult to acquire their seats.
Pakistan Railway change the routes of the trains without concern of the
passengers.
Workers are not properly trained and aware with new tools and equipments.
Before changing the routes and timings of the trains they need to conduct
a research from passengers, then after that they have to take any decision
according to the passengers need.
Corruption element can minimize only with the way of audits and regular
checks on management and workers.
PR need to improve and update the reservation system for ticketing, then
automatically work load of employees decrease and efficiency increase which
leads to customer satisfaction.
PR has no proper oil and coal storage area. Due to this problem they are
not able to buy coal and oil in bulk which increase the cost of fuel and
increase logistic cost.
