The Goal
For the student to able to
define a singular and plural
noun, spelling them in the
correct form
Singular and Plural
If the noun is not irregular ad does not in end in ‘s’, ‘x’, ‘z’, ‘ch’ or ‘sh’,
we add ‘s’ at the end to make it plural.
If the noun ends in ‘s’, ‘x’, ‘z’, ‘ch’ or ‘sh’, we add ‘es’ to make it plural.
